If you arrive by car
Coming from Munich / A95:
Follow the A95 (Direction Garmisch-Partenkirchen) until the end and follow B2 in direction of Garmisch-Partenkirchen until Oberau. In Oberau turn right into B23 in direction of Augsburg / Oberammergau until you reach exit Oberammergau Süd. Leave B23 and follow Ettaler Str. for approx. 1 km. Turn right into Tiroler Gasse. After 250 meters turn right into Daisenbergerstraße. Shortly after the turn you will see the Ammergau Lodge on your right hand side. The drive to the parking space is in front of the house.
Coming from Augsburg / B17:
Follow B17 in direction of Füssen / Garmisch-Partenkirchen until you reach Schongau. Change here on B472 and shortly after on B23 in direction of Garmisch-Partenkirchen / Oberammergau. Follow B23 until you reach the exit Oberammergau Nord and turn left into Rottenbucher Straße. Follow the Eugen-Papst-Straße and continue on König-Ludwig-Straße. Turn left into Tiroler Gasse. After 250 meters turn right into Daisenbergerstraße. Shortly after the turn you will see the Ammergau Lodge on your right hand side. The drive to the parking space is in front of the house.
Coming from Garmisch-Partenkirchen / B2:
Follow B2 in direction of Munich until Oberau. In Oberau turn left into B23 in direction of Augsburg / Oberammergau until you reach exit Oberammergau Süd. If you arrive by public transportation
Coming from Munich:
From Munich main station take the regional train to either Oberau or Murnau. In both cases your journey will take approx. 2 hours. In case you travel via Oberau, leave the train in Oberau and take the bus in direction of "Oberammergau" or "Echelsbacher Brücke, Rottenbuch". Get of the bus in Oberammergau at station "Tiroler Gasse, Oberammergau". Now it's only a coule of meters by foot. If you travel via Murnau, switch to another regional train in direction of "Oberammergau". At the train station Oberammergau take the bus in direction of "Garmisch-Partenkirchen" or "Ettal". Get of the bus in Oberammergau at station "Tiroler Gasse, Oberammergau". Now it's only a coule of meters by foot.
Coming from Garmisch-Partenkirchen:
Take the bus in direction of "Oberammergau". Get of the bus in Oberammergau at station "Tiroler Gasse, Oberammergau". Now it's only a coule of meters by foot.
